Dave's journey as an artist kicked off in 2012, painting under a tree in a park with local artists while traveling through Broome, Western Australia. This early influence remains a favorite and is still seen in many of his paintings.

Fast-forward to 2022, when life took a tough turn; he hit the road, heading north again. Passing through Geraldton, he met a local artist who introduced him to the Men's Hub. After rarely picking up a brush for many years, he now found himself sitting most days, exploring different styles." He still visits the Hub but now spends a lot of his time upstairs where he loves connecting with others and having a chat when visitors pop in.
